SOISU Decor ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. Every order is packed by hand at our Mumbai warehouse and dispatched via our trusted logistics partners. This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1 · Order processing time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays in Maharashtra). Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day or the following business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on non-business days are dispatched on the next business day.
During peak seasons (Diwali, Dussehra, Christmas, Republic Day, etc.), processing may take up to 2 additional business days. We will notify you via WhatsApp if there is a delay.
2 · Delivery timelines
The following are estimated timelines from the date of dispatch — not from the date of order:
- Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane (Zone A) — 1–2 business days.
- Rest of Maharashtra (Zone B) — 2–4 business days.
- Metro cities (Zone C) (Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad) — 3–5 business days.
- Rest of India (Zone D) — 4–7 business days.
- Remote areas (Zone E) — J&K, Ladakh, Northeast India, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep — 6–10 business days.
These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to natural disasters, regional lockdowns, carrier backlogs, or other circumstances beyond our control. SOISU is not liable for delays caused by the logistics partner or by factors outside our control.
3 · Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated from your delivery PIN code and the weight of your order, using locked courier rates — no estimates, no surprises. The exact charge is shown at checkout after you enter your address, before you pay.
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹10,000 (after discounts — GST is already included in displayed prices).
- Below ₹10,000, the exact courier rate for your PIN code applies, starting at ₹51 for Mumbai and ₹71 for most of India (up to 0.5kg). Heavier orders are charged by weight bucket (0.5kg / 1kg / 2kg).
- Remote PIN codes (J&K, Ladakh, Northeast, islands) are charged at the remote-zone rate, from ₹103 — shown upfront at checkout, never collected later.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in the case of an error on our part (wrong item shipped, product defect confirmed within the defect window).
4 · Our logistics partners
We dispatch through Delhivery, Shiprocket, and BlueDart, selected based on your pin code and the nature of the product. The choice of carrier is at our sole discretion.
5 · Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- An email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
- A WhatsApp message with the same details (if you provided a WhatsApp number at checkout).
Tracking updates may take up to 12 hours to appear on the carrier's system after dispatch. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, write to decor@soisu.com.
6 · Delivery attempts
Our logistics partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at your shipping address. If you are unavailable, the carrier may hold the package at a nearby hub or facility for up to 5 days before returning it to us. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or repeated non-availability, we will attempt to contact you. Re-dispatch is possible but a fresh shipping charge (your PIN-code zone rate) will apply.
7 · Packaging and quality control
Every order is packed in protective packaging with a tamper-evident security sticker over the seam. Before dispatch, a QC photograph of your specific unit is taken and kept on file. You may request this photo via WhatsApp at any time.
Important: Before accepting the package from the delivery executive, please check that the tamper-evident sticker is intact. If the package is visibly damaged or the sticker has been tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
8 · Transit damage
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy. In summary: record a continuous 30-second unboxing video showing the tamper sticker intact before opening, and report to us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.
9 · Wrong item shipped
In the rare event that we ship the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of what you received. We will arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch the correct item at no additional cost, subject to availability.
10 · International shipping
