1 · Who we are

SOISU Home Decor is a sub-brand of SOISU Furniture LLP, an Indian Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008, with its registered office at:

References to “SOISU,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms mean SOISU Furniture LLP.

2 · Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872 to use this Website or place an order. By using the Website you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3 · Account registration

You may browse the Website without an account. To place an order or access order history you must register. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Keep your password confidential and not share it.
  • Notify us immediately at decor@soisu.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we believe has been used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

4 · Products and descriptions

Every item sold on decor.soisu.com is described exactly as it is made — materials and construction are stated on each product page, and a small number of pieces are hand-finished. Minor variation in dye lots, weave texture and finishing is an inherent characteristic of textiles — a feature, not a defect. Product photographs are of actual items from the same production batch; minor variation between the photograph and your unit is normal and expected.

We make every effort to display colours accurately, but screen calibration varies. We recommend consulting us on WhatsApp before purchase if exact colour match is critical.

5 · Pricing and GST

All prices on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable GST. A GST-compliant tax invoice will be emailed to you after order confirmation. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout confirmation.

6 · Orders and acceptance

Placing an item in your cart does not constitute an order. An order is formed only when: (a) you complete the Razorpay checkout and receive a payment confirmation, and (b) we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if we detect payment fraud, if an item is out of stock, or if pricing or product information was in error — in which case we will issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

7 · Payment

All orders are 100% prepaid. We do not offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD). Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-registered Payment Aggregator (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We accept:

  • UPI (all major apps — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
  • Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
  • Net banking
  • EMI — available on orders above ₹3,000 on select cards
  • Buy Now Pay Later — subject to Razorpay's partner availability

SOISU never sees or stores your full card number; that information is handled exclusively by Razorpay. By paying, you agree to Razorpay's own terms of service.

8 · Shipping and delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. In summary: we ship across India via Blue Dart, DTDC, and Delhivery. Standard delivery is 1–10 business days depending on your PIN code zone. Shipping is charged by delivery zone and order weight, shown at checkout before payment; free shipping on orders above ₹20,000. Title and risk of loss transfer to you on successful delivery.

9 · Returns, replacements, and refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details. Key principles:

  • 24-hour transit damage window. Unboxing video (showing tamper sticker intact) required. Replacement only — no cash refund.
  • 7-day manufacturing defect window. Photo/video evidence of defect required. Replacement only — no cash refund.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, “didn't like the colour,” or buyer's remorse. Please consult us on WhatsApp before purchasing if you are unsure.

10 · Intellectual property

All content on this Website — including the SOISU wordmark and monogram, product photography, editorial copy, design layouts, illustrations, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of SOISU Furniture LLP and is protected under the Copyright Act 1957, the Trade Marks Act 1999, and applicable Indian and international intellectual property law.

You may view, download (for personal non-commercial use only), and share links to content. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Write to decor@soisu.com for licensing enquiries.

11 · Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or our systems.
  • Transmit any virus, malware, or harmful code.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Website without our written consent.
  • Place fraudulent orders or abuse our return/refund process.
  • Impersonate SOISU or any third party.
  • Post or transmit defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content.

12 · Disclaimer of warranties

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, SOISU disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

13 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, SOISU Furniture LLP, its partners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Website or the products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. In no event shall our aggregate liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

14 · Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOISU Furniture LLP and its partners, employees, agents, and contractors from any claim, liability, damage, loss, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Website in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; (c) any content you submit to the Website; or (d) your infringement of any third-party right.

15 · Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., soisu.com, Razorpay). These links are provided for convenience only. SOISU does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any linked third-party site.

16 · Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Subject to applicable law, both parties waive any objection to venue in Mumbai.

17 · Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or any other mandatory Indian consumer protection legislation. If you have a consumer complaint, you may also approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission having jurisdiction over your area.

18 · Grievance Officer
