1 · Who we are
SOISU Decor is a sub-brand of SOISU Furniture LLP, an Indian Limited Liability Partnership registered in Maharashtra (LLPIN forthcoming on filing). Our registered office is at 4th Floor, Orbit Plaza, New Prabhadevi Road, Prabhadevi, Mumbai 400013.
2 · The product
Everything we sell is hand-made or hand-finished in India. Each piece carries the natural variation of its technique — block-print registration, kantha stitch, hand-tufted carpet pile — and these are features, not defects. We label the variation on every PDP.
3 · Payment
All orders are 100% prepaid via Razorpay (RBI-regulated, PCI-DSS compliant). We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and EMI for orders above ₹3,000. We do not accept Cash-on-Delivery.
4 · Shipping
We ship across India via Delhivery, Shiprocket and BlueDart. Most metros receive in 3–5 working days; Tier 2/3 cities in 5–7. Shipping is complimentary on orders above ₹2,500 and ₹199 below.
5 · Returns
24-hour transit damage window. If your order arrives damaged, send a 30-second unboxing video showing the tamper sticker intact within 24 hours of receipt. Validated → replacement only, reverse pickup within 48 hours, no cash refund.
7-day defect window. Manufacturing defects only — broken stitching, colour-fastness failure, structural fault. Same evidence standard. Replacement only.
We do not accept returns for “didn't like the colour.” Decor is a considered purchase; we're always available on WhatsApp for a pre-purchase consultation.
6 · Pricing and GST
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
7 · Intellectual property
The SOISU name, mark, monogram, photography, and editorial content are the property of SOISU Furniture LLP. Personal use only; please write to rohan@soisu.com for any commercial reuse.
8 · Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
