Quality-checked before dispatch.

On request, we photograph your order on a neutral background with the order number visible and share it before dispatch — one-way, no scheduling, no back-and-forth.

What it gives you: confidence that a human looked at your specific unit before it left the warehouse. What it doesn't do: replace a live video call. We chose this trade-off deliberately — Pre-Shipping Video calls don't scale past ~20 orders/day. The QC photo scales to 100+/day without losing the trust signal.

World design, curated for Indian homes.

Italian, Scandinavian and Japandi design vocabulary, curated and edited for the way Indian homes actually live — honest materials, quality construction, described exactly as they are.

Every PDP states the material and construction plainly. Italian luxury home decor in India is well-served at the very top end; we make its design vocabulary accessible at a fairer ticket.

Razorpay secured payments.

100% prepaid via Razorpay — UPI, cards, EMI. RBI-regulated, PCI-DSS compliant. The same payment partner used by Tata, Reliance, Adani.

No COD. Indian COD has a 62% return-to-origin rate; the entire industry passes that cost back to customers as higher prices. We don't. Lower prices, cleaner ops, no "reject at the door" theatre.

Returns · Fraud-resistant by design

Replacement, not refund.

Indian decor e-commerce is rife with “shoot-and-return” scams. Our return policy protects the studio and the genuine-defect customer at the same time.

24-hour transit damage
Upload a 30-second unboxing video showing the tamper sticker intact, the box opening, and the damage. Validated → replacement only, reverse pickup within 48 hours. No cash refund.
7-day defect
Manufacturing defects only — broken stitching, colour-fastness failure, structural fault. Same evidence standard as transit damage. Replacement only.
Not accepted
"Didn't like the colour." Decor is a considered purchase. We have a 14-day pre-purchase consultation line on WhatsApp — use it before, not after.
Natural variance
Minor dye-lot variation, slight differences in weave texture, screen-to-fabric colour shift. These are normal characteristics of textiles and are explained on each PDP — not returnable.

Frequently asked

Why no COD?

Indian Cash-on-Delivery has a 62% return-to-origin rate. The other 38% — prepaid orders — subsidise the failed deliveries through higher list prices. We chose to break that loop.

Prepaid via Razorpay is faster, cheaper, and more honest. UPI works for all of India. We extend EMI for orders above ₹3,000.
