SOISU Decor provides full specification documentation for interior design projects. For each SKU, available data includes: exact finished dimensions (in inches and centimetres), fabric composition (fibre type, weave structure, weight in gsm), care instructions (wash temperature, drying, ironing), colour references (descriptive names with approximate Pantone equivalents on request), country and region of manufacture, construction method, and lead time for repeat orders. Product insert specifications (microfibre fill weight for cushion inserts) are available separately. Specification sheets can be requested for individual SKUs or full categories via decor@soisu.com. For RIBA, BIID, or IDA project documentation, SOISU can provide a product data sheet in standard specification format.

For standard in-stock SKUs, SOISU ships within 1 business day of payment — plan for 1–7 business days delivery depending on the project site city. For site deliveries in Mumbai and MMR, allow 2–3 days from order to site. For bulk orders of 10+ units of the same SKU (common for hospitality FF&E or large residential projects), a 7–14 day lead time is typical. For custom or bespoke orders (non-standard colours, project-specific sizing), the lead time is 21–30 days. SOISU does not hold large stock buffers on slow-moving SKUs — for time-critical project installations, confirm availability before specifying by emailing decor@soisu.com with your SKU list and installation date.

Yes — fabric samples and cushion cover samples are available for registered trade partners at the Prabhadevi Experience Centre, or by request for remote designers. Fabric swatches (approx. 15×15 cm) can be couriered for assessment. Full-product samples for client presentation are available for purchase at the standard retail price (refundable as project credit on orders above ₹15,000). For rug samples, the SOISU studio can arrange a 4×6 ft trial placement loan in Mumbai for pre-installation assessment. Bedding samples (full pillowcase or a 50×50 cm fabric square) are available for hotel and hospitality specifiers. Request samples via decor@soisu.com with your project brief.

For hospitality FF&E (hotels, boutique properties, serviced apartments), SOISU's woven jacquard cotton cushion covers in solid or subtle geometric patterns are the strongest specification choice — they are machine washable, withstand high-frequency laundering, maintain appearance across 100+ wash cycles, and have no embellishment that can snag or deteriorate. For boutique properties where the aesthetic is part of the brand story, block-print covers in Sanganer-style botanical prints add provenance that branded or imported cushions cannot replicate. SOISU's cushion covers are pre-washed and pre-shrunk before sale — the dimension you specify is the dimension delivered, with <2% dimensional tolerance. For properties requiring FR (flame retardant) certification, contact SOISU to discuss FR treatment options on cotton base fabrics.

For high-footfall areas — hotel lobbies, restaurant waiting areas, open-plan offices, rental apartments — SOISU's power-loom polypropylene (PP) rugs are the strongest specification choice. PP is inherently stain-resistant, crush-resistant under furniture, and can be wet-cleaned on-site. The pile height is low (8–12mm), reducing trip hazard risk. For premium residential projects (master bedroom, formal living room, low-traffic dining areas), SOISU's hand-tufted wool rugs from Bhadohi offer superior tactile quality and design depth. Wool pile compresses under furniture but recovers when weight is removed. For high-end hotel suites or boutique property bedrooms, wool hand-tufted rugs are the specification standard at ₹39,999–₹64,999 for 6×9 ft. SOISU does not currently offer hand-knotted rugs at commercial scale.

For boutique hotel and serviced apartment projects, SOISU bedding is specified primarily by: (1) bed size — confirm whether the property uses Indian Queen (60×78 in) or Indian King (72×78 in) — SOISU sizes to these dimensions precisely; (2) weave — percale for warm-climate or non-AC properties, sateen for air-conditioned rooms; (3) colour — ivory and warm white are the most operationally practical (bleach-compatible, stain-tolerant, photographically neutral); (4) washability — all SOISU duvet covers and pillow covers are machine washable at 40°C and suitable for commercial laundering. The SOISU Studio program offers home decor products on loan for architects, interior designers, event stylists, wedding decorators, and content creators. Products are rented by the week or by the event. The programme covers cushion covers, throws, rugs, and bedding used for: residential staging before photography or sale; editorial and lookbook shoots; wedding and event venue styling (particularly for luxury mehendi, Diwali, and festive celebrations); model home or show flat styling. SOISU Studio eliminates the need for designers to purchase and warehouse soft furnishings for staging — the rental fee (from ₹2,000/day for a standard cushion set) is significantly below the purchase price, and the items are returned after the shoot. Yes. SOISU Decor provides GST-compliant B2B invoices for all trade orders. GSTIN: 27ABLCS2734D1ZD. SAC/HSN codes are specified on all invoices (HSN 63012000 for cotton bedding, HSN 57050090 for rugs, HSN 63049200 for cushion covers). Trade buyers with registered GSTIN can claim input tax credit (ITC) on purchases for business use. Invoices are issued in the name of the purchasing entity, not the individual, when the GSTIN is provided at checkout.
