Ordering on decor.soisu.com is a three-step process. (1) Browse the product catalogue — use the top navigation (Cushion Covers, Bedding, Rugs & Dhurries, Throws) or the unified Products page to find your product; (2) On the Product Detail Page, select size (where applicable) and colour, and click 'Add to Bag'; (3) Go to Bag → Checkout — enter your delivery address and PIN code, confirm the order summary, and pay via Razorpay. Accepted payment methods: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking, EMI on orders above ₹3,000 on select cards. All orders are 100% prepaid — no cash on delivery. You will receive an order confirmation email within 5 minutes of payment.
SOISU Decor dispatches orders within 1 business day of payment (orders placed before 2 PM IST are typically dispatched same day). After dispatch, delivery timelines by region: Mumbai and MMR — 1–2 business days; major metros (Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata) — 2–4 business days; Tier 2 cities (Jaipur, Lucknow, Surat, Nagpur, Chandigarh, Kochi, etc.) — 4–6 business days; Tier 3 cities and rural areas — 5–8 business days; Northeast India, J&K, Andaman, Lakshadweep — 7–14 business days. Tracking details are sent via email and WhatsApp after dispatch. For time-sensitive orders (gifts, events), WhatsApp +91 79779 59379 before ordering to confirm dispatch date.
SOISU Decor currently ships within India only. International shipping is not available for retail orders as of mid-2026. For wholesale, export, or bulk international orders (interior design projects, hospitality procurement, diaspora gifting in bulk), contact rohan@soisu.com with the destination country, product list, and quantity. SOISU has supplied projects in the UAE, UK, and Singapore through direct export arrangements. For individual international customers, SOISU recommends using an India-based freight forwarder (e.g., Shiplite or iShip) who will consolidate and forward the parcel internationally. SOISU dispatches to the forwarder's Indian warehouse address as a standard domestic order.
If your SOISU Decor order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, take these steps: (1) Check the tracking link in your dispatch email or WhatsApp — most delays are carrier-side and visible in the tracking; (2) If the tracking shows no movement for 48+ hours, WhatsApp SOISU at +91 79779 59379 with your order number; (3) SOISU will contact the logistics partner and provide an updated ETA within 1 business day. Common causes of delay in India: carrier congestion during peak periods (Diwali, Republic Day, Holi), natural events (floods in Northeast, fog delays in North India in January), and remote-area routing. SOISU is not liable for delays caused by carrier events outside its control, but will pursue the carrier for resolution and keep you informed.
The QC (quality control) photograph is a SOISU-specific service promise: before every order is packed and dispatched, a photograph of your specific unit is taken at the packing station in the Mumbai warehouse. This photo shows the actual piece you are receiving — confirming that the product matches the page description, has no visible defect, and is correctly matched to your order. The QC photo is shared via WhatsApp at the time of dispatch (when the tracking number is generated). You can also request the QC photo at any time before or after delivery by WhatsApp-ing +91 79779 59379 with your order number. This service is standard on every SOISU order and requires no additional request or charge.
SOISU Decor orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if the cancellation request is received before the order is dispatched (before the tracking number is generated). To cancel: WhatsApp +91 79779 59379 immediately after placing the order with your order number and cancellation request. SOISU processes orders same day, so cancellation must be requested promptly. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — please refer to the return and replacement policy if there is a problem after delivery. Pre-dispatch cancellation refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay. In case of duplicate orders (accidental double-purchase), contact SOISU within 2 hours; SOISU will cancel one order and process a full refund.
